With over 35 years of experience, Linda Novelli has perfected her expertise in selling high-end real estate. A Philadelphia native, Linda always loved the Jersey Shore and has been a Margate resident since 1994. Before permanently moving to Margate, Linda lived in Hawaii where she successfully sold the Pacific Coast for several years.

For Linda, good sales habits are vital. She believes as an agent she should take the time to learn about her clients' individual priorities and dreams. She advises clients to only deal with agents who do not push their own ideas. With an impressive sales portfolio and an average sales price of $1.2 million, Linda Novelli has completed many transactions that other agents were not able to.

Linda has committed as much time to her communities in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey as she has to her profession. She is Dame Commander of EOHSJ, serves as a member of Margate Business Association, Jewish Family Services, Atlantic County Workforce Development Board, and Stockton University Summer Youth Rowing Program. Linda served as the first woman President of UNICO South Jersey Chapter. Linda also donates to Habitat for Humanity, UNICO, AIDS Awareness, and local charities.
